4. Response to Claims

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, Furnisavings will:

  • Review the complaint promptly.
  • Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
  • Notify the user or author who posted the material about the claim.
  • If applicable, provide the opportunity to submit a counter-notice as per DMCA guidelines.

Furnisavings reserves the right to terminate accounts or access of users who repeatedly infringe on others’ intellectual property rights.


5. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification that includes:

  1. Your full name, address, and contact details.
  2. Identification of the material that was removed and its previous location on the website.
  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your area (or where Furnisavings is located).
  5. Your physical or electronic signature.

We will review your counter-notification and, if appropriate, restore the removed material within a reasonable timeframe, unless the copyright owner files a legal action seeking to restrict your use of the content.


6. Repeated Infringement Policy

Furnisavings maintains a “three-strike” policy for repeated copyright violations.
Users or contributors found repeatedly infringing may have their content permanently removed and access to the site restricted or terminated.
